In this continuing conversation where we aim to bring a thoughtful and nuanced perspective to this much maligned and contentious dimension of the Hindu world, we will examine the workings of Jati through the lens of Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship. By examining some hard data, we will try to bring some much needed light and move beyond the emotional and ideological heat that the subject of Caste produces.
