The Ayurveda & Yoga Healing Retreat is a transformative 4-day journey designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit through ancient wisdom and holistic practices. Key topics include understanding Ayurveda (doshas, agni, and daily routines), deepening yoga practices for all levels, Ayurvedic diet and nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle changes. The retreat also features an online orientation, daily quizzes, self-assessments, and post-retreat reflection exercises. While it fosters self-awareness and equips participants with lasting health practices, it is not intended to serve as a personal therapy retreat.

Dr. Mahadevan Seetharaman, is a Duke Integrative Healthcare Leader and Founder of Ayurveda Living. As an Ayurveda Diet & Nutrition Consultant and Yoga Teacher, he provides up-to-data Ayurveda related health and wellness information, directory, research, news, and reviews. Dr. Mahadevan serves on the Boards of the Global Council for Ayurveda Research (GCAR), American Association of Ayurvedic Professionals (AAAP), the American Academy of Yoga and Meditation (AAYM) and co- founded the Texas Ayurveda Professionals Association (TAPAS). Dr. Mahadevan was previously the CEO and Managing Director at one of the largest integrative research university hospitals in India – the Institute of Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine (I-AIM). During this time, he served as Professor & Dean, School of Health Sciences, Transdisciplinary University (TDU) advising and mentoring various clinical and research faculty. He was a member of the University Board of Management (BOM), Scientific Advisory Board, Academic Council, Graduate Committee and Ethics Committee. Since then, he has helped set up an Integrative Healthcare Centre as the COO of Isha Arogya Research Foundation.

Dr. Rupali Panse, has completed her B.A.M.S. in year of 2001 and certificate in child counseling in 2014 from Pune university India. She has 20 + years’ experience in Clinical Ayurveda, Panchakarma and Ayurvedic nutrition. She practices as an Integrative Nutrition, Wellness and Lifestyle consultant in Orlando USA. She is Vice president, AAF (Ayurveda association of Florida), FL, USA. She has been in panel of academic expert and teaching faculty in CCIH, Integrative Dietetics and Ayurveda Nutrition at Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. She is also a resource person for NIA (National Institute of Ayurveda Jaipur). She is a visiting faculty at MIU, Minnesota, USA. She leads team for National Nutritional drive, GIST, USA. Her passion for writing has turned in to freelancing professional content developer for health care sectors. She is an Author and have published with renowned national and international publications.

Dr. Aparna Bapat is a distinguished Ayurveda Practitioner, Educator, and Entrepreneur, having worked in the U.S. for the past 25 years.
Dr. Bapat earned her BAMS degree (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from Pune University in India in 1990. After her internship in 1992, she joined Ayushakti in Mumbai, where she honed her skills in Ayurvedic Pulse reading and Panchakarma treatments under Dr. Naram. In 1995, she spent six months at Atmasantulana Village with Dr. Tambay, broadening her experience with a diverse patient base from around the globe.
Between 1995 and 1998, she served as an Ayurveda consultant and Professor at Ayurveda College UK, working across Europe in countries such as Holland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and England.
In 1998, during a visit to New York, Dr. Bapat accepted a position at the Ayurved Center, Ayurveda Cafe in NYC, and the Himalayan Institute, where she served as an Ayurveda consultant and educator until 2016.

Dr. Kanada Narahari, is an Ayurveda doctor, author and musician. He is serving the world by his personal care, consultations, discourses and workshops. Dr. Kanada is a qualified Ayurveda doctor with BAMS degree in 2007. Since then he has been teaching Ayurveda and treating clients worldwide. His neoclassical approach towards health is appreciated. He is also an award-winning author in Kannada. Published two short story collections. He is also known for his column on varied fields including medicine, music and yoga. He is a renowned sitar player having performed around the globe with world-renowned artists. He is well known for his classical, semi-classical and world music. He is the disciple of Pt Sanjeev Korti and currently based in Central Florida USA.
Location and costs
The Retreat will cover accommodation, nourishing Satvic vegetarian meals, and access to expert-led workshops, ensuring a comprehensive and rejuvenating retreat experience. This price does not include airfare to and from Orlando.
